International Dentist Day

Every year on February 9, the world celebrates International Dentist Day.

Modern dentistry is a high-tech field that continuously improves treatment and disease prevention methods. The profession of a dentist is incredibly important, essential, and challenging.

Karazin University is proud to be part of the large dental community. In 2023, our university received the right to train specialists at the Master's level in specialty 221 "Dentistry." This is a significant step that opens new opportunities for talented young people who aspire to master this complex yet fascinating profession.

The Department of Dentistry at the Karazin School of Medicine operates on the basis of several leading clinical institutions, including the Kharkiv Regional Dental Clinic. Recently, the Karazin Clinical-Simulation Dental Center was established there, where students develop their practical skills on modern simulators in real clinical conditions. To ensure the highest level of training, an additional Dental Department of the Karazin Simulation Training Center has been created, equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
