The University Celebrates International Museum Day
Today, in various countries around the world, International Museum Day is celebrated.
Museums preserve the memory and history of nations, the cultural heritage of our ancestors. They connect the past, present, and future, shaping the sense of beauty, respect for folk traditions, and love for national art.
During the Russian-Ukrainian war, museum workers, with special responsibility, ensure the protection and preservation of the unique spiritual heritage of the Ukrainian people and historical and cultural monuments. Their efforts are aimed at fulfilling an extremely important scientific, educational, and educational mission.
Employees of the Archaeological Museum, the Museum of Nature, the N. Barabashov Astronomy Museum, and the History Museum of Karazin University carefully preserve the oldest collections and artifacts. They are also engaged in exhibition, scientific research, educational activities, and receive visitors from all over Ukraine and abroad.
