Karazin Business School Takes Part in Staff Training Week at European University Viadrina
As part of the Learning and Teaching Together project under the German-Ukrainian University Network (DUHN), funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), representatives of the Karazin Business School took part in Staff Training Week, held on 28–30 September 2026 at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder), Germany. The programme focused on "AI & Digital Transformation in International Higher Education Administration".
The Karazin Business School was represented by Volodymyr Rodchenko, Director of the Institute; Yuliia Kvitka, Project Manager and Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Administration; and Anton Kvitka, Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Administration.

During the meetings, representatives of the Karazin Business School discussed the joint project's results, key achievements, and challenges encountered during implementation, as well as plans and priority areas of work through the end of 2026.
In addition to the working meetings, participants took part in a series of practical workshops and training sessions. One was "The Responsibility of Universities in the Age of AI", which focused on universities' responsibilities amid the rapid development of artificial intelligence.

Staff Training Week also featured the practical session "Vibe Coding with AI for Administrative Tasks", focused on using artificial intelligence to perform administrative tasks, as well as the session "Sharing Perspectives — Contributions from Our Partner Universities", during which representatives of partner universities had an opportunity to share their experiences and approaches.
Participation in Staff Training Week provided an opportunity not only to gain new practical knowledge about the use of AI in the university environment, but also to discuss the results of joint work, identify further steps and strengthen cooperation among the partners of the German-Ukrainian University Network.
