1000 Days of War — 1000 Days of Struggle — 1000 Days of Resilience

February 24, 2022, marked a turning point in our lives, dividing everything into "before" and "after." Carefree, happy days turned into ones filled with fear and anxiety. Yet, we have become stronger than ever. We managed to overcome panic, come together, and fight for our lives.

In the early months of the war, the Russians destroyed the buildings of the School of Economics and the Karazin Business School, the Institute of Public Administration, the Karazin Sports Complex, and dormitories. Other buildings were also damaged by enemy attacks, including the Main and North Buildings, the School of Physics and Technology, the Museum of Nature, and the University Clinic.

Despite all the challenges, the university continues to function, rebuild, and grow. We have endured these 1,000 days and will endure for as long as it takes.
