Summary

The main goal is development of the certified practical course ˮMediation skills in Health and Social Careˮ for employees of medical and social institutions and improvement of communication proficiency among health care professionals and social workers. Integration of innovative methods of dispute resolution (mediation skills) into the practice of medical institutions and social care institutions, training medical personnel and social workers in conflict-free communication skills in order to create a safe favorable environment for medical workers and patients, socials workers and clients, reduce social tension, and improve the quality of medical and social care.
