Department of Finance and Credit

The Department of Finance and Credit has been operating since 1966. Over this time, it has trained more than 5,000 specialists who, upon graduation, successfully work in various sectors of the economy — financial, banking, tax, industrial enterprises, insurance and investment companies, as well as state and private organisations.

The department provides educational programmes in the speciality 072 “Finance, Banking and Insurance” at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels, as well as PhD training. Doctoral preparation is offered both through traditional programmes of the same name and through modern programmes such as:
— Information Technologies in Finance and E-Commerce (Bachelor’s level)
— Public Finance (Master’s level)

The department employs highly qualified academic staff. Talented young specialists with experience in research and practical work, as well as industry professionals, are actively involved in teaching.
