Oleh Fedorenko

On February 15, 2023, Oleh Fedorenko, a 2012 graduate of the Faculty of History, died in the line of duty.

Oleh Fedorenko specialized in the department of historiography, source studies and archeology, after completing his studies at the history faculty, he worked as the chief specialist of the department for ensuring the preservation of documents, accounting and reference apparatus of the State Archives of the Kharkiv region.

Since September 2022, he has been on the defense of our state. A senior soldier, later a senior rifleman of a rifle platoon, died as a result of shelling from an anti-tank missile near the village of Berkhivka, Donetsk region (Bakhmut direction).

We express our deepest condolences to the family and relatives of the deceased. The bright memory of Oleg will live forever in our hearts!
