Biography

Education:

2003 – Graduated from the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” with a degree in Information Control Systems and Technologies and obtained the qualification of Systems Analyst Engineer.
2006 – Graduated from the Kharkiv Banking Institute of the Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine with a degree in Banking.
2016 – Graduated from the Kharkiv Education and Research Institute of the State Higher Educational Institution “University of Banking” with a degree in Business Administration.
2020 – Graduated from the Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine with a degree in Public Administration and Management.

Professional Experience:

August 2003 – August 2008: Worked at the Department of Automated Control Systems, National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute,” holding positions of First Category Engineer, Trainee Lecturer, Assistant, and, after defending a Ph.D. thesis, Associate Professor. From 2003 to 2006, pursued postgraduate studies at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” on a full-time basis and worked part-time at the department.
September 2008 – June 2015: Worked at the Kharkiv Institute of Banking of the University of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine as Head of the Research Department, Associate Professor at the Department of Higher Mathematics and Information Technologies, Acting Head of the Department of Information Technologies, and Head of the Department of Banking. From 2010 to 2013, pursued doctoral studies at the University of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine on a full-time basis and worked at the institute part-time.
June 2015: Appointed Acting Director of the Kharkiv Institute of Banking of the University of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine, and from September 2015, elected Director of the Kharkiv Education and Research Institute of the State Higher Educational Institution “University of Banking.” Served in this position for five years until 31 August 2020.
From 1 September 2020: Transferred to V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and has since been working as Professor at the Department of Banking Business and Financial Technologies and Professor at the Department of Information Technologies and Mathematical Modeling of the Education and Research Institute “Karazin Banking Institute.”
2 October 2020 – 30 November 2022: Served as Director of the Education and Research Institute “Karazin Banking Institute” of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
1 December 2022 – present: Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
