Meeting of the Representatives of Karazin University with German Partners

On January 13, 2024, a meeting took place between the university's Vice-rector Boris Samorodov and Associate professor of the Institute of International Electronic Commerce and Hotel and Restaurant Business at the School of International Economic Relations and Tourism, Olena Mykolenko, and European partners - Professor Ewald Mittelstadt from the University of Applied Sciences South Westphalia (Germany) and Professor Claudia Wipke from the Pedagogical University Karlsruhe (Germany).

The participants discussed the outcomes of implemented projects over the past few years, including the international project "Ukraine digital: ensuring academic success in times of crisis," the joint English-language seminar "Humane Entrepreneurship" for students from three partner universities, and other initiatives.

During the meeting, they outlined prospects for further collaboration, specifically focusing on the implementation of a new project supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the development of a joint undergraduate education program.

The partners were thanked and honored as invited professors at Karazin University.
