Collecting Ukrainian Books for Schools and Libraries in Poland: Join Us in This Worthy Initiative

Until August 29, 2025, the Window on America Center (Main Building, 7th floor) is collecting Ukrainian-language books for Ukrainian schools and libraries in Poland.

Here is a list of books we need:

• children’s and young adult literature;
• contemporary Ukrainian prose and poetry;
• classics of Ukrainian literature;
• local history and historical works;
• linguistic and language-learning books;
• war literature and books by military authors;
• psychological and motivational books;
• translations of foreign authors into Ukrainian;
• popular science publications;
• comics and more
  
  

Mandatory book requirements:

• ukrainian language only;
  
  
• preferably published in the last 5 years (not mandatory);
  
  
• good condition: clean, undamaged, and suitable for use.
