Collecting Coins to Help Evacuated Animals in Shelters and Frontline Areas: Join the Initiative

Karazin University is taking part in the #PowerCoins campaign organized by the National Bank of Ukraine and UAnimals — an organization dedicated to rescuing animals and protecting the environment from the effects of war and human cruelty.

All collected funds will be directed toward:

• food for evacuated animals;

• treatment for injured and sick animals;

• enclosures and construction for shelters.

From October 14 to November 25, special collection bottles will be placed in the main building (inside the café) and the northern building of the University, where everyone can drop their coins. Those wishing to contribute banknotes are also welcome to take part by leaving them in the bottles.

Every coin is a chance to bring warmth and a home back to a four-legged friend!

Important: coins with denominations of 1, 2, 5, and 25 kopecks are not accepted in this campaign.
