On January 23, 2026, a regular meeting of the Scientific and Methodological Council was held at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
During the meeting, a number of important issues related to the organization and quality of the educational process were considered.
In particular, Serhii Yeltsov presented the results of the final semester assessment and rector’s knowledge control of students in the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.
Issues related to the university’s publishing activities were addressed by Iryna Donchyk, who focused on the analysis of the implementation of the publication plan for the “University Textbook” series in 2025 and the discussion of the prospective plan for 2026.
Serhii Kozlov reported on recommendations for printing and publishing educational and methodological materials, as well as their placement on the Internet.
Within the discussion of current issues, Mariia Brynza presented a draft concept of educational activities of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University at the second (master’s) level of higher education in the field of knowledge I “Health Care and Social Welfare,” specialty I7 “Therapy and Rehabilitation” (specialization I7.01 “Physical Therapy”). The project was recommended for approval by the University Academic Council.
The meeting contributed to the alignment of key approaches to improving the university’s educational and methodological activities.
