Join the Online Course “The Art of Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (Mediation)”

As part of the Erasmus+ project “The Art of Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (Mediation) / ArtNoConflict”, the Education and Research Institute “Karazin Business School” invites you to a certified online course: “The Art of Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (Mediation)”.

The course consists of trainings and facilitation sessions designed and delivered by mediators from the Netherlands, Lithuania, Georgia, and Ukraine.

This course provides students and young people not currently in education with access to a new level of international and intercultural inclusive education through virtual exchanges in the field of negotiation and mediation across the EU, Georgia, and Ukraine. The program aims to strengthen democracy, cultural diversity, and effective problem-solving by sharing best European practices.

Participation requirements:

• English proficiency of B1 level or higher
• Age 18–30 years

Course duration: April 15 – May 15, 2026
