The Opening of the Classrooms for the Institute of Public Administration within the Framework of the USAID Project "Democratic Governance in Eastern Ukraine" (DG East)

Representatives of the USAID project "Democratic Governance in Eastern Ukraine" (DG East), namely Larisa Romanenko, Volodymyr Aredov, Oleksandr Voytovych, as well as the Deputy Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Yevhen Ivanov and the Director of the Department of Economics and International Relations of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Ivan Dudka, visited Karazin University.

At the beginning of the event, the guests were greeted by the Acting Rector of the University, Anton Panteliyamonov, who expressed gratitude for the assistance and support provided.

As part of the project, the opening of two classrooms for the Institute of Public Administration took place in the main building of the university. The building of the institute had suffered significantly from russian shelling. The director of the institute, Lyudmyla Byelova, provided detailed information to the guests about the institute's work under these challenging conditions.

The newly equipped classrooms will host the activities of the Center for the Professional Development of Management Personnel at the institute, which organizes training for the qualification improvement of public servants, local government officials, managers, and specialists of enterprises, institutions, and organizations.

University guests also had the opportunity to observe the roundtable discussion on "Ways to Ensure Law and Order in the Deoccupied Territories" and engage in discussions with representatives of five communities in the Kharkiv region.

Gratitude was expressed to the representatives of USAID for their substantial assistance and support to Ukrainian education!
