Presentation of the Seventeenth Volume of the Drinov Collection

On February 27, 2026, the Center for Bulgarian Studies and Balkan Research named after Marin Drinov at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University held a presentation of the seventeenth volume of the Drinov Collection.

The volume includes articles and materials based on the plenary session and the first three sections of the international academic conference “The XI Drinov Readings: Ukraine and Its Neighbours: Issues of Ethnogenesis and Nation-Building and International Relations in Central and Eastern Europe (from the Middle Ages to the Era of Globalization).”

Due to Russian aggression against Ukraine, this academic forum was held for the first time not in Kharkiv but in Sofia on November 14–15, 2024, at the initiative of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.

The presentation participants included the compilers and editors of the volume: Professor Mykhailo Stanchev, Associate Professor Serhii Strashniuk, and Associate Professor Dmytro Chenchyk.
