Karazin University, as a socially responsible institution, continues to fulfill its educational, scientific, and social missions, paying significant attention to sports and health activities for students. Despite significant damage to part of the university's sports club "Unifecht," life continues to thrive in its surviving building.

The head of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Matviy Bidny, visited Unifecht to observe the sports club's operations. During the visit, the university's leadership and sports club representatives briefed the official on the life of Unifecht before and after February 24, 2022.

Matviy Bidny saw firsthand the consequences of russian bombings and shellings that destroyed part of the building. He also visited the surviving part of the sports club, where resilient young athletes continue to train and develop the sports culture of Kharkiv and all of Ukraine.

"Karazin University is one of the most powerful. It has always been and remains a forge of sports talents and a place for nurturing champions. Today, we sadly observe the destruction caused by russian terrorists. But we are confident that after the war, we will restore and rebuild everything," said Matviy Bidny.

We are grateful for the support! We unite our efforts and continue to move forward to achieve our most desired goal.
