A Series of Business Seminars for Young Entrepreneurs, “Success Laboratory”, Launched at the Department of Marketing and Trade Entrepreneurship of the Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy

On 11 February 2026, the “Success Laboratory” series of business seminars for young entrepreneurs was launched at the Department of Marketing and Trade Entrepreneurship of the Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy, an educational and research institute of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.

This large-scale initiative is aimed at supporting, developing, and inspiring young entrepreneurs of the Kharkiv region. The purpose of the seminar series is to provide up-to-date knowledge and practical skills that will help participants successfully establish, develop, and effectively manage their own businesses in the context of today’s challenges.

The event was organised by:

• Kharkiv Regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund;

• Department of Economy and International Relations of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration;

• Main Department of the State Tax Service in the Kharkiv Region;

• Kharkiv Branch of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Centre;

• Kharkiv Centre for Vocational Education of the State Employment Service;

• Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics;

• Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy of Karazin University;

• National Technical University Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute;

• Veterans’ Space Plich-o-Plich;

• Public Council under the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration;

• Kharkiv Regional Youth Centre;

• Kharkiv Regional Organisational and Methodological Tourism Centre;

• Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV).

The first lecture was organised by the Department of Marketing and Trade Entrepreneurship and focused on “Entrepreneurship as a Systemic Driver of Socio-Economic Development and Innovative Economic Transformation.” The lecture was delivered by Dmytro Verkush, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vardat Group LLC and a PhD student (third cycle of higher education).
