An Open Online Lecture by Askold Lozynsky at Karazin University

On November 12, Karazin University hosted an open online lecture by Askold Lozynsky — philanthropist, lawyer with nearly 50 years of experience, author of around 20 books, and a well-known public figure.

The lecture’s topic wasInternational Law and Ukraine–America Relations. It attracted students from various fields, including law, international studies, history, and political science.

During the session, Askold Lozynsky shared his perspective on contemporary Ukraine – U.S. relations, discussed key legal aspects of interaction between the two countries, and addressed the challenges Ukraine faces in the context of war and global politics. Students had the opportunity to hear practical insights from someone with extensive experience in international law and direct engagement with the Ukrainian diaspora in the United States.

The event provided students with a valuable opportunity to receive professional advice and gain a broader understanding of the role of the United States in supporting Ukraine — both legally and politically.
