According to the target order of the Department of Dentistry at the School of Medicine, on November 8, 2024, Karazin University launched a professional development course for academic staff and assistants, based on the educational program “School of Pedagogical Innovation.” This program, developed by a group of practitioner-scientists from the School of Psychology under the guidance of Dean Nadiia Kreidun, has been actively implemented in professional development courses since 2021.

During the training, participants will learn about modern innovative technologies in the field of psychological and pedagogical sciences, which will be useful in working with Bachelor’s and Master’s level students in medical fields in the university's online environment.

The program’s practical and training sessions will support the integration of professional and personal qualities of faculty members and assistants of the department, enabling effective organization of their own pedagogical activities. These sessions will positively impact their continued growth in pedagogical mastery and contribute to the modernization of professional competencies for today’s university faculty members.

In the initial session, conducted by the Director of the Center for Postgraduate Education, Mykhailo Tatarynov, course participants received safety instructions for wartime conditions, covered the topics of consultation sessions, and discussed possible topics for individual assignments to present.

The educational process of this professional development course will continue until December 20, 2024.
