Karazin University Begins Trainings within the Course "The Art of Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (Mediation)"

More than 700 participants have registered for the course "The Art of Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (Mediation)" within the Erasmus+ virtual mobility project Art of Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (Mediation) / ArtNoConflict.
On March 31, 2025, the first cohort of participants officially began their training. Our course has brought together young people from Ukraine, Georgia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, and other countries worldwide.
The program kicked off with an organizational session, during which the project manager at Karazin University, Yuliia Kvitka, together with Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Administration at the Education and Research Institute "Karazin Business School," Yuliia Prus, introduced the course. They provided an overview of communication channels for participants, the structure of training sessions and facilitations, certification requirements, and general rules.
Following this, Gea van Klompenburg and Marjon Kuipers, mediators and lecturers at the Netherlands Business Academy, conducted the first training session titled "Conflict: Arguments – What to Do with Them?"
Congratulations on a productive start — let’s keep moving forward!
