At the Educational and Scientific Institute "Karazin Business School," a module titled "Accounting for a Nonprofit Organization" has been developed. This module covers the fundamental aspects of organizing an accounting system for a nonprofit organization, from creating primary documents to generating reports, storing data, submitting to regulatory bodies, and undergoing audits.
As part of the project "Development of Digital Educational Modules for Members of Nonprofit Organizations in the Social and Healthcare Sectors," supported by the project "Strengthening Resources for Sustainable Development in Host Communities in Eastern Ukraine," carried out by the German Society for International Cooperation on behalf of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, a series of short animated videos has been created.
We invite all interested individuals to explore these videos: "Primary Reporting and Recording of Financial Transactions," "Specifics of Nonprofit Organization Accounting" (covering how to account for fixed assets, inventory, wages, income, and expenses, along with documentation and applicable accounting principles), and "Reporting for Nonprofit Organizations" (the required reports, deadlines, institutions to submit to, and conditions for nonprofit organizations).
