Professional Development Program for AgroGeneration Company Employees at Karazin University

Postgraduate Education Center of Karazin University has initiated the educational process based on the work certification program "Ukrainian Language as the State Language in a Professional Context" for various categories of employees of AgroGeneration company since January 11, 2024, During the founding session, the Director of the Postgraduate Education Center, Mykhailo Tatarinov, acquainted participants with the peculiarities of conducting the educational process during online sessions and in a distance learning format on the Moodle platform. He elaborated on the program's topics and its variability for participants.

In the course of the entrance assessment, it was determined that learners of non-formal education have a high internal motivation to study on such courses with the aim of improving previously acquired language and speech competencies for their practical use in the production process.

The leading instructor of this program, Yulia Garyunova, also welcomed all attendees and characterized the specifics of learning in accordance with the program's topics.

The educational process will continue until March 2024.
