Financial Literacy Tournament “Life Capital”

On March 25, 2021, Karazin University hosted the financial literacy tournament «Life Capital».

The event was attended by the Vice-President Anatolii Babichev; the Director of the Education and Research Institute «Karazin Banking Institute», Borys Samorodov; authors of the game-training «Life Capital».

Anatolii Babichev emphasized the relevance of financial literacy skills in the modern world for both students, regardless of their specializations, and for schoolchildren.

The event presented an updated version of the game-training «Life Capital», the participants of which have the opportunity to train the skills of effective use of time, assets, competencies, and other life resources. This game will be interesting and useful for both professionals and students, can be used in the educational process in schools.

The event was attended by seven teams of students from different Schools and education and research institutes of the University.

In addition, Karazin University and the NGO «’Partner’ Business Club» signed a memorandum on cooperation in the field of financial literacy, financial inclusion, tax culture and business culture.
