Three Years of Support and Growth: Karazin University and CGI Continue Their Successful Cooperation

For over three years, V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University has maintained a fruitful partnership with the international IT company CGI. From the very first months of the full-scale invasion, CGI was among the first to extend a helping hand to our academic community. Thanks to CGI, university students received free access to the globally recognized educational platform SkillSoft, which offers high-quality learning materials across a wide range of disciplines.

This opportunity has been especially valuable amid power outages and shelling threats, when attending online classes is not always possible. SkillSoft enables students to continue their studies at a convenient time without compromising the quality of their education.

On May 8, 2025, a now-traditional meeting was held between representatives of CGI Group and Karazin University students currently studying in Munich. The event brought together 60 students from the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, the School of Economics, and the Karazin School of Business.

CGI professionals gave motivational talks, shared their personal experiences in the IT industry, and discussed career opportunities for graduates with an economic background in the tech sector. After the meeting, students took part in an engaging four-hour interactive “Design Thinking” workshop, delivered in the format of an exciting game.
