Student of the Education and Research Institute “School of Physics and Technology” Ivan Kuzmych — participant of the Summer School on Plasma Physics and Fusion Research

Ivan Kuzmych, a second-year Master’s student of the Education and Research Institute “School of Physics and Technology,” took part in the IPP Summer University for Plasma Physics and Fusion Research, which was held on September 8–12 at the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics in Garching, Germany. Among the organizers and speakers of the school was the head of the ion cyclotron heating group at the Institute, alumnus of the School of Physics and Technology, Volodymyr Bobkov.

Ivan’s participation in the school was funded by the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics in Greifswald, Germany. At present, he is a co-author of three scientific papers indexed in the Scopus database.
