Safety and Trust Sociological Survey

We invite you to participate in the sociological survey "Safety and Trust". This study aims to improve the quality of law enforcement services and identify safety issues in the districts of Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region.

The survey results will determine priority areas for ensuring public safety and order in your community for the current year and assess the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies' work over the past year.

You can complete the survey on a computer, tablet, or smartphone via the provided link.

Answering the questions will take 10–15 minutes. If necessary, you can pause and resume completing the survey later — click "Continue Later" in the upper right corner of the screen. To return, click "Load Incomplete Survey" in the same location.

The survey is completely anonymous. The results will be processed in aggregate form, grouped by districts of the city and region.

Reference. This annual monitoring study has been conducted since 2013 by the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (Research Laboratory on Crime Prevention Issues) in collaboration with the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kharkiv Region, with support from the Sociological Association of Ukraine, the European Union Advisory Mission, and the Kharkiv Regional State Administration. It is part of the Comprehensive Regional Program for Public Safety and Crime Prevention in the Kharkiv Region and the Action Plan for the Kharkiv Region Development Strategy for 2021–2027.
