The Working Visit of the Representatives from the School of Medicine of Karazin Kharkiv National University to the University of York
The delegation of the School of Medicine of Karazin Kharkiv National University, led by Dean Tetiana Liadova, visited the University of York in the United Kingdom.
The working visit began with an official meeting with representatives of the administration, namely Professor Una Macleod, Dean, Professor Dimitris Lagos, Director of Research, Professor Lucy Ambrose, Program Director, and Professor Matthew Morgan, Deputy Dean of Hull York Medical School.
Hull York Medical School is a joint initiative of the University of Hull and the University of York. It is one of the most interesting and modern medical schools in the United Kingdom, providing high-quality medical education and conducting leading global research. This unique partnership goes beyond teaching and learning, aiming to improve the lives of patients at the local level and influence national and international healthcare programs.
During the meeting, delegates from the School of Medicine had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the work process at Hull York Medical School. As a result of the visit, preliminary agreements were reached regarding potential opportunities for further collaboration in the research and education of students, interns, and school members of the School of Medicine of Karazin Kharkiv National University.
