Working Meeting within the Erasmus+ Project DEFETRANSNUM (KA220-HED)
Within the framework of the international Erasmus+ project DEFETRANSNUM (KA220-HED), a working meeting took place at Paris-Est Créteil University (France). The meeting became an important stage in strengthening cooperation and implementing innovative approaches to teaching the German language.
The events were attended by Svitlana Virotchenko, Dean of the School of Foreign Languages and Associate Professor; Iryna Kholmohortseva, Head of the Department of Romance and Germanic Philology of the School of Foreign Languages and Associate Professor; as well as professors of the same department Liliia Bezugla and Natalia Onishchenko, Associate Professor.
The programme was intensive and professionally oriented. Particularly valuable was the experience of implementing modern methodologies for teaching German, integrating digital tools, and working on the development of a new-generation electronic textbook.
Participants discussed issues of multilingualism, the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process, and the development of teaching materials in accordance with European standards.
A special and important part of the programme was a visit to the European Parliament in Brussels, where participants had the opportunity to learn about the structure and functioning of the European Parliament, as well as the mechanisms of simultaneous interpretation used during its sessions.
We express our sincere gratitude to the organizers — the team of Paris-Est Créteil University — and all international partners for the opportunity to participate in the project, exchange experience, and jointly contribute to shaping a modern educational environment.
We continue our work — professionally, systematically, and with a focus on European values and the quality of education!
