Implementation of the project "Development of digital training modules for members of public organizations in the social sphere and the sphere of health care"
The educational and scientific institute "Karazin School of Business" received funding for the implementation of the project "Development of digital training modules for members of public organizations in the social sphere and the sphere of health care".
This initiative is implemented within the framework of the project "Strengthening resources for the sustainable development of host communities in the east of Ukraine", which is carried out by the German Society for International Cooperation "Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH" on behalf of the Federal Government of Germany.
The main goal of the project is the development of digital training modules for members of public organizations in the social and health spheres. These modules will be created in a format that allows for autonomous and self-paced qualification that can be easily adapted to the workflow and general time availability of members of the target organizations. The task is to create practical and convenient materials.
The training modules will cover the following topics:
- planning and organization of NGO work;
- legal aspects of the activities of public organizations in the social sphere and health care;
Accounting; - sources of funding for NGOs (paid services, fundraising, grant applications, etc.);
leadership and motivation of members of public organizations;
media use; - branch module 1: Basics of social services;
- industry module 2: Basics of public health.
