Representative of the Education and Research Institute “School of Physics and Technology” Olha Maksakova Received the Award for the Best Poster Presentation at the International Conference Future Materials 2025

From October 27 to 30, 2025, the prestigious international conference Future Materials 2025 was held in Costa Adeje (Tenerife, Spain). The event was dedicated to the latest achievements in materials science and nanotechnology and brought together leading researchers from around the world.

The Educational and Research Institute “School of Physics and Technology” was represented at the conference by Olha Maksakova, Senior Research Fellow and Associate Professor at the Department of Reactor Materials and Physical Technologies, who received the “Best Poster Presentation” award for her work titled “Probing the Impact of Deposition Energy on CAE-PVD of Hard Multi-Nanolayer TiMoN/NbN Coatings.”

The research results contribute to the development of new generations of superhard materials that enhance the efficiency and durability of industrial processes and support the sustainable advancement of science and society.
