On May 22, the 25th Topical Conference on Radio-Frequency Power in Plasmas concluded in Hohenkammer, Germany. The event featured a presentation based on research conducted as part of the master's qualification thesis by Nikita Skhabytskyi, a student of the educational and research program “Experimental Nuclear Physics and Plasma Physics” at the School of Physics and Technology of Karazin University. The presentation was titled:
"First Experiments on 3D Plasma Calculations Using Positive Maxwellian Operator."
The conference was attended by Jean-Marie Noterdaeme, Honorary Doctor of Karazin University and academician of the Royal Academy of Sciences of Belgium, as well as Professor Ihor Hirka from the School of Physics and Technology.
The Chair of the Program Committee was Volodymyr Bobkov, a graduate of the School of Physics and Technology and Head of the Ion Cyclotron Heating Division at the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics (Garching, Germany).
We sincerely congratulate Nikita and wish him continued success in his scientific endeavors!
