Representatives of the Education and Research Institute “UIPA” Participate in the Transnational Partner Meeting of the UA-Talent-UP Project
The transnational partner meeting planned within the work package of the international UA-Talent-UP project took place at the University of Cyprus (Nicosia) on 6–7 November 2025. Karazin University, as one of the Ukrainian partners, was represented by the project implementation lead, academic coordinator of UA-Talent-UP, Deputy Director of the Education and Research Institute “Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy”, Professor Maryna Vasylieva, and the project manager, Deputy Head of the International Relations Office, Roman Nesterenko.

The international UA-Talent-UP project (No. 101129457) is implemented within the EU Erasmus+ Programme (Capacity Building in Higher Education). The aim of the project is to enhance the competencies of teachers and trainers of Ukrainian educational institutions in developing creativity, global entrepreneurial potential, and intercultural skills among students and staff.

During the session “Creativity Hubs and Implementation of UA Trainings: State of the Art and Action Plan”, key results achieved at the Education and Research Institute “UIPA” of Karazin University were presented:

a Creativity Hub space was created;

a series of trainings for students and educators on developing global competences and entrepreneurial skills was designed;
-
an online course focused on creating and implementing MOOC-courses is under development, with practical trainings for educators planned upon its completion.

The meeting programme included discussions on the progress and evaluation of the MOOC platform, sustainability issues, implementation of UA-Talent-UP trainings, the launch of Creativity Hubs in Ukrainian universities, dissemination of interim results, and planning of further steps.
