Representatives of Karazin University Among Participants of the Round Table on the Implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On Academic Integrity” in the Educational Process

On March 26, 2026, a regional round table titled “Specifics of Implementing the Law of Ukraine ‘On Academic Integrity’ in the Educational Process” was held in Kharkiv at the premises of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University. The event was initiated by the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance.

V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University was represented by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Borys Samorodov, who participated in the round table as a speaker, and Head of the Academic Department Serhii Yeltsov.

The meeting served as a platform for professional exchange of ideas among representatives of higher education institutions in Kharkiv, experts in the field of education quality assurance, researchers, and students. The discussion focused on practical tools for implementing the principles of academic integrity, the development of internal quality assurance systems, and the improvement of regulatory approaches in this area.

Particular attention was paid to strengthening cooperation between universities and the National Agency, as well as to sharing best practices in implementing integrity policies. During the discussion, participants outlined the main challenges faced by higher education institutions and identified further priorities for promoting academic integrity in Ukraine.
