Representatives of the Academy of Teaching Joined the International Program “Leadership for Educational Transformation”

On September 7–13, 2025, Acting Director of the Education and Research Institute “Academy of Teaching” Olha Vyhovska and Specialist of the Institute Yevheniia Fadieieva were in the United Kingdom, where they began training under the program Leadership for Educational Transformation (LET).

The program is designed to prepare managers and educators capable of ensuring the recovery and transformation of Ukraine’s education system, developing strategies for growth, and introducing new approaches to leadership in the educational sphere. For Karazin University, this program opens opportunities to enhance the quality of teacher training through the integration of modern international practices and the development of students’ leadership potential.

The program is implemented by the University of Warwick (United Kingdom) in cooperation with the Ukrainian Leadership Academy and the Ukrainian Catholic University, with the support of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, as well as international donors and philanthropists.
