A Representative of the School of History, Pavlo Yeremieiev, Participated in an International Seminar in Budapest

Associate Professor of the Department of Eastern European History at the School of History, Pavlo Yeremieiev, participated in the seminar "Alarmed Science — Knowledge-Production in a State of Emergency", organized by the Virtual Institute for Advanced Studies (VUIAS) and the Central European University (CEU), which took place in Budapest on January 20–23, 2025.

As part of the discussion on the impact of unprecedented wartime challenges on knowledge-production institutions, Pavlo Yeremieiev shared his experience of studying and teaching history at Karazin University under the conditions of full-scale Russian aggression.

He also took part in a discussion on ways for Ukrainian scholars to create a balanced and methodologically sound intellectual product that would counter hostile propaganda and contribute to the global representation of Ukraine.
