The Head of the University’s Military Mobilization Department, Viacheslav Kalynovskyi, Has Passed Away

With deep sorrow, we inform you that Vladyslav Kalynovskyi, Head of the University’s Military Mobilization Department (16 June 2022 – 31 October 2023), retired police colonel, graduate of the Faculty of History, Associate Professor, PhD in History, has passed away.

He was born in 1953 and graduated from the Faculty of History of the University in 1976.

For some time, he worked as a history teacher, and after completing military service he began working in law enforcement agencies, where he held various positions.

From 2010 to 2017, he served as a Professor at the Department of Philosophy of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Later, he headed the Social and Psychological Faculty and subsequently the Institute of Psychology, Management, Social and Information Sciences.

From 2017 to 2022, he held several positions at the Karazin Sports Complex.

He later began working as the Head of the Military Mobilization Department of Karazin University.

We express our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues, and we share the grief of this loss.
