Professional Development at Karazin University

V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University has joined the pilot program of the “Money Follows the Teacher” state policy. Now, our professional development programs are available on the Vector platform. This means that teachers can participate in our courses using UAH 1,500 of state funding in 2026.

Who can participate in the pilot?

• Directors and deputy directors
• Teachers of grades 7–9 of the New Ukrainian School (NUS) and pilot classes of senior specialized schools

Our programs available on the platform:

1. Career Counseling in the New Ukrainian School
   • Implementation: April–May 2026
2. Leadership Competence: Educational Leadership in Implementing the “New Ukrainian School” Reform During the War and Post-War Period
   • Implementation: June–August 2026
3. Strategic Management Competence of Educational Institutions: Developing an Institutional Strategy in the Context of the “New Ukrainian School” Reform and Overcoming the Consequences of the War
   • Implementation: October–November 2026
