Results of the Kharkiv Regional Competition of Student Research Papers in Natural, Technical and Humanitarian Sciences

The results of the Kharkiv regional competition of student research papers in natural, technical and humanitarian sciences have been summarized.

A total of 258 papers from 18 higher education institutions were submitted to the competition, and 152 reviewers evaluated them. The competition was held in three areas, in which the jury selected 27 winners.

Three students of the Institute of Physics and Technology won second-degree diplomas in the natural sciences:

• sixth-year students Valeria and Elvira Bilokon with the work "Correlations in one-dimensional systems with alkaline earth and similar atoms. The method of matrix factors" (supervisor - Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Andrii Sotnikov);
• third-year student Ilya Demidenko with the work "Mechanism for obtaining the highest quality characteristics of particles accelerated by a keeled field" (supervisor - Doctor of Physics and Mathematics Vasyl Maslov).
