Educators from Severodonetsk improve their qualifications at Karazin University

In June 2022, the second stage of training under 19 work-based educational programs for 143 teaching staff and heads of educational institutions in Severodonetsk, Luhansk region, began in Karazin University.

On June 16, vice-president Oleksandr Golovko took part in the online lecture classes of the courses, where the students were introduced to the history of the development of postgraduate education at the university, the issue of the peculiarities of the admissions campaign for graduates of 2022 in the conditions of martial law, and answers to current questions were given.

The vice-president thanked the principals and their deputies for their skill in organizing the educational process remotely, patriotism in the development of educational affairs in the city of Severodonetsk.

The practical-lecture block was conducted by the director of the post-graduate education center of the Karazin University Mykhailo Tatarinov. In particular, the participants joined cooperative work on the problems of the philosophy of development of modern general secondary education in the conditions of war. In addition, the problems of passing an institutional audit in a remote format were updated, the peculiarities of the implementation of the new State standard of basic education in various subjects were analyzed, the peculiarities of the formation of relevant subject and general competences, content lines in the online format in lessons and in extracurricular work in the format of the distance educational process were revealed.

Course participants received the necessary informational and methodological materials for practical everyday work, they were joined to the distance course "Expert activity of the head of an educational institution" in the Moodle system.

The participants thanked the administration and scientific and pedagogical staff of Karazinsky for their high professionalism and skill when working with their subject teachers on other professional development courses.
