Every year on April 15, many countries around the world observe the International Day of Environmental Knowledge.
This day aims to draw attention to the importance of environmental education and responsible attitudes toward nature. It is knowledge that shapes awareness, and awareness that drives actions to help preserve the environment for future generations.
At Karazin University, environmental responsibility is more than just words. We educate future professionals who are already engaged in environmental initiatives, working to solve ecological challenges, and fostering a culture of sustainable thinking.
The environmental competence of students is nurtured by the faculty of Geology, Geography, Recreation and Tourism, as well as the Education and Research Institute of Ecology at Karazin University.
Today, each of us can contribute to protecting the environment — from sorting waste to supporting green initiatives.
Knowledge is power. Environmental knowledge is the path to a sustainable future.
