Sergiy Zhukov delivered a lecture on this issue titled "Information Threats in the Context of Hybrid Warfare" on May 3 at Karazin University.

Sergiy Zhukov is an analyst at the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security, a Deputy of the Kharkiv Regional Council, and the Head of the Commission on Information Policy, Public Relations, and Digital Transformation. He is a graduate of the Historical School at Karazin University 2007.
