Educational events for schoolchildren are an important part of Karazin University's work. Our community continuously seeks new opportunities to share knowledge and experience with children. Thus, a new project for lyceums and gymnasiums in the city, "Karazin University - for MetroSchool," was launched in January 2024 by the Center of Post-Qualifying in collaboration with the schools and institutes of Karazin University.

On March 21, representatives of the Schools of History and Chemistry of Karazin University visited the municipal institution "Kharkiv Lyceum No. 104 of the Kharkiv City Council" as part of the project.

Afterward, students actively participated in the practical chemistry session conducted by the Deputy Dean of the School of Chemistry, Tetiana Chernozhuk, and a team of demonstrators, including faculty member Viktoriia Urzhuntseva, aspirant Illia Piskunov, and student Ruslana Rudenko.

Additionally, introductory remarks were made to the lyceum students by the director of the lyceum, Oksana Teslenko, and the director of the Post-Qualifying Center of Karazin University, Mykhailo Tatarynov. At the end of each cluster, a reflective exercise was conducted to reinforce and internalize the acquired knowledge.

Karazin University continues to actively work and engage lyceum and gymnasium students in education because children are the future of our city, region, and country!
