V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and Baku Eurasian University Sign Memorandum of Cooperation

On July 15, 2025, a memorandum of understanding was signed between V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University (Ukraine) and Baku Eurasian University (Azerbaijan).

The aim of the agreement is to expand scientific and educational cooperation between the leading higher education institutions of the region. The document provides for the development of academic mobility, the implementation of joint educational and scientific initiatives, as well as the exchange of experience in the field of international education.

Baku Eurasian University is a modern and dynamic higher education institution in Azerbaijan, specializing in the humanities and socio-economic sciences, and actively participating in international academic programs.

The signing of the memorandum opens new opportunities for students and faculty of both universities and contributes to strengthening Ukrainian-Azerbaijani educational partnership.
