V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University Expands Cooperation with Azerbaijan with the Support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine

V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University has received an official positive response from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding the deepening of scientific and educational cooperation.

According to the diplomatic note, the Azerbaijani side expressed its readiness to develop cooperation in the following key areas:

• establishment of double degree programs in the specialties of Information Technology, Applied Physics, Biology, and Chemistry;

• involvement of Karazin University students in short-term study programs at higher education institutions in Azerbaijan;

• conducting joint scientific research in strategic fields and implementing expert exchange programs.

This agreement opens up new opportunities for students and researchers of both countries and contributes to the University’s integration into the international educational space while strengthening its academic potential.

At present, the University is preparing relevant project proposals for further coordination with its Azerbaijani partners.

V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University expresses its gratitude to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, and the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Azerbaijan for supporting the University’s initiatives and fostering the development of international cooperation.
