Humane entrepreneurship seminar
School of International Economic Relations and Travel Business had a great experience to deliver a joint course "Humane Entrepreneurship" to German and Ukrainian students.
The aim of the course was to learn about the state of the art in humane entrepreneurship and develop case studies of companies and their human-centered business models. During the fall semester students were working in multicultural groups on their case studies.
And on 20 of December, they presented final case studies, which were very interesting and, for sure, will engage readers to solve them in the future. All the participates were immersed into the business of Hollywood Writers’ Strike, Good Bread, Brewery and Tesla Company.
Students, who took part in the seminar, were from South Westphalia University of Applied Science, Karazin Kharkiv National University, and Karlsruhe University of Education. The lecturers of the course were Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Ewald Mittelstädt, FH SWF, Germany, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Olena Mykolenko, Karazin Kharkiv National University, Ukraine.
