This program is organized by the British Council in Ukraine in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Foundation of the President of Ukraine with the support of education, science, and sports. The British partner for the program is Cardiff University.
The second module of the program was dedicated to change management and strategic planning in conditions of uncertainty.
Karazin University representatives had the opportunity to reconsider approaches to university management in light of the contemporary challenges faced by both Ukraine and the world.
Various strategies in higher education were discussed during the event, drawing parallels between the university and the functioning logic of a business model. Speakers emphasized the optimization of work, consideration of key performance indicators, and a focus on the target audience of universities — educational seekers.
All of this is intended to help increase the productivity of higher education institutions, making them resilient to current realities and competitive in the modern world.
This event once again demonstrated that Ukrainian higher education is ready for challenges, being flexible and student-oriented.
