Karazin University Students Performed Successfully in Archery Competitions

Representatives of Karazin University performed successfully at the XIX Summer Universiade of Ukraine, which took place from May 30 to June 2, 2024, in Lviv.

Victoria Stepanenko (School of International Economic Relations and Tourism Business) won 2 gold medals (individual and team competitions) and one silver medal (mixed teams). Mykyta Dunyashev (School of Law) became the silver medalist in the mixed team competitions and took 7th place in the individual tournament.

 In the male's team competitions, Mykyta Dunyashev and Dmytro Shabanov (School of Economics) took 4th place, just missing out on the podium.

Congratulations to the athletes and their coach, senior lecturer of the Department of Physical Education and Sports, Viktor Halazyuk! We wish them continued success and look forward to new victories.
