Karazin University Representatives Among Participants of the Academic Managers' Professional Development Program

From April 2 to 5, the Karazin University team took part in the Academic Managers' Professional Development Program held in the city of Dnipro.
The team included:

Head of the Council of Young Scientists Ruslan Zaporozhchenko,

Deputy Dean of the School of Geology, Geography, Recreation, and Travel Business Kateryna Kravchenko,

Director of the Education and Research Institute “Karazin Institute of International Relations and Travel Business” Mykola Pysarevskyi,
-
Director of the Education and Research Institute “Karazin Banking Institute” Anna Chkheailo.
The Academic Managers' Professional Development Program, initiated by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and implemented by the British Council within the joint project with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (UIHERP), is aimed at strengthening the institutional capacity of higher education institutions.
The program focuses on developing managerial competencies in strategic planning, internationalization, human resources management, financial management, and other key areas.
More than 450 leaders from 61 higher education institutions across Ukraine participated in the first cycle of the program.
This is the first nationwide professional development program for academic managers, which is expected to become a driver of qualitative changes in higher education through the implementation of modern management approaches.
