Karazin University Representatives Take Part in the Professional Development Programme for Academic Managers

A team from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University took part in the third module of the Professional Development Programme for Academic Managers, dedicated to human resource management. The module was hosted by Dnipro University of Technology.

The programme focused on people as the key resource of a university, addressing strategic approaches to HR management, leadership development, the formation of effective teams, and tools for increasing staff engagement. Special attention was given to practical solutions that enable the integration of human resource management into the system of strategic development of higher education institutions.

The programme is implemented by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in cooperation with British Council Ukraine within the framework of the World Bank project “Improving Higher Education in Ukraine for Results.”
