Grant support from the National Research Foundation of Ukraine as part of the "Advanced Science in Ukraine"

Karazin University has once again distinguished itself with a high level of academic and research activity. The university has received grant support from the National Research Foundation of Ukraine as part of the "Advanced Science in Ukraine" competition.

The project "Functionalized Fluorescent Organogels for Detection, Accumulation, and Monitoring of Radionuclides and Eco-toxicant Metals" will be implemented under the leadership of the Director of the Research Institute of Chemistry, Oleksandr Roshal, over three years. The total funding for the project amounts to 7 million 205 thousand hryvnias.

The goal of the "Advanced Science in Ukraine" competition is to select projects for grant support to carry out advanced fundamental research that involves the formulation and resolution of current scientific problems by leading and young scientists to ensure Ukraine's competitiveness in the world, the development of the national research space, and its integration into the global research space.
